Compliance Management

- Managing company accounts, working directly with AMAZON USA.

- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards, and regulations.

- Monitoring vehicle movements, ensuring all vehicles are on schedule and compliant with laws and regulations.

Team Leadership and Training

- Managing more than 24 drivers per company per shift time.

- Train workers in job duties.

- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.

-Conduct performance reviews of supervised workers.
